Razi Institute of Higher Education was established in 2016 with the obtaining of a license in medical technology and midwifery in order to develop the scientific society and train professional and specialized personnel in the field of medical sciences. Since its inception, the institute has been able to offer four rounds of graduates to serve the community. Razi Institute of Higher Education has also constantly tried to improve the level of contemporary knowledge in society by using a healthy environment, modern educational resources, talented professors with high educational qualifications and is always trying to provide quality educational and scientific services to the audience and Society should play a valuable role in meeting the needs and welfare of the country.
The organizational chart determines the formal relationships and indicates the levels that exist in the administrative hierarchy and determines the sphere of control of the superior over the inferior. The organizational chart also includes the design of systems by which all units are coordinated and integrated, thus ensuring effective communication within the institution. Therefore, Razi Institute of Higher Education has a regular organizational chart in order to determine, coordinate and control the work of its academic and administrative staff. دانشگاه جامی به عنوان یک نهاد پیشتاز در راستای ایجاد نهادهای اکادمیک در سطح کشور ، درسال ۱۳۸۹جواز فعالیت خویش را به شماره ثبت (۳۵_۴۴)کسب نموده و عملا با تأسیس دانشکده های اقتصاد، انجنیری، شرعیات، حقوق و علوم سیاسی در ولایت هرات آغاز به کار نمود. این دانشگاه با تبعیت از پلان استراتژی و پالیسی های وزارت محتر م تحصیلات عالی و با هدف تحولات بنیادین درساحۀ دانش و پژوهش، برنامه های خویش را عیار نموده و تا کنون خدماتی در خور و شایسته را انجام داده است.
